Industry challenges

Thousands of workers, many contractors

Workers from many crews and subcontractors pass daily, with rosters changing as the schedule moves. Paper or card attendance invites buddy punching and is hard to reconcile when you need to know who was on site.

PPE reminders out of eyeball reach

Safety officers cannot be everywhere. Helmets doffed and hi-vis removed mid-shift surface only during inspections, or after an incident.

Danger zones move with the schedule

Slab edges, excavations, crane areas and material yards shift with each construction phase. Temporary barriers get ignored, especially after hours with few people around.

Many sites, few watchers

The command office follows several projects at once, each with its own camera system. Finding out which site has a problem means calling each one.

Solutions by area

Site gate

Workers recognized by face as they pass the gate, masks on, many at once. Anyone on the list opens the gate or barrier automatically (connected to the existing gate equipment); strangers alert immediately. Gate timestamps become attendance data, split per contractor, ready to reconcile in software instead of paper books and crew cards.

Work zones

Cameras flag anyone missing a helmet or hi-vis inside drawn zones, with images messaged to the safety officer. Violations are recorded by area and time for reminders and periodic reporting.

Danger zones

Forbidden zones drawn around slab edges, excavations, crane areas and material yards; anyone entering triggers the on-site siren and lights plus a message with images. Each zone runs its own schedule, for example the material yard only after working hours. After hours, when the site is nearly empty, the system keeps watching.

Multi-project command

Vaidio Command Center gathers cameras and alerts from every site into one interface; the center needs no GPU server and licenses are managed centrally. Small sites without a server room use Vaidio Edge devices, one feature per device for roughly 4 cameras.

Can be enabled later

Smoke and fire detection at material yards and site barracks with a dedicated AI model (separate license). Scene change detection to report landslides and flooding. Camera health monitoring shows instantly which camera is blocked, misaimed or offline.

What you get

Everything that happens on the site leaves data behind for management, reconciliation and reporting.

A construction site with tower cranes

Automatic attendance, reconciled in software

Each worker's in and out times are recorded by face, split by contractor. Finding out who was present on which day is a software lookup instead of cross-checking paper books and crew cards.

PPE violations captured with evidence

Every missing helmet or hi-vis vest inside a drawn zone is saved with time and location. Safety officers correct the right person and the right crew, and periodic reports build from data already collected.

Danger zones blocked on the spot

Anyone stepping into a forbidden zone triggers the local siren and lights, with a message and images to the responsible officer. Zones run their own schedules, so after hours the site stays watched.

Many sites on one screen

Alerts and images from every site come together in Vaidio Command Center. The command office knows immediately which site has an incident instead of calling around.

Video becomes searchable data

When an incident needs clarifying, people and vehicles are found in recorded video by type, color and time. The video data stays on the company's own servers.

How deployment works

  1. Step 1

    Camera and site survey

Turbo Solutions checks that existing cameras have the resolution and mounting each feature needs, surveys the areas to monitor and the gate equipment in use.

  2. Step 2

    Configure by area

Place the server at the site command office or use Edge devices for small sites. Draw zones against the layout of each construction phase, load worker lists and set alert schedules.

  3. Step 3

    Connect existing systems

Attendance flows into HR software; gates and barriers open by face; alerts connect to Zalo, SMS, Telegram and on-site sirens, lights and speakers.

  4. Step 4

    Training and handover

Safety, security and HR staff learn to triage alerts, export reports and redraw zones as the layout changes. Turbo Solutions supports until the system runs steadily.

Infrastructure requirements: IP cameras from 720p, 2MP recommended. The server sits at the site command office or company office; small sites use Edge devices with a mobile connection. Existing cameras, recorders and network stay as they are.

Frequently asked questions

Does face recognition work with masks on?

Yes. Vaidio AI Vision recognizes faces with masks on, and several people at once as they pass the gate. Gate cameras should face the walkway head-on with at least 720p resolution; Turbo Solutions surveys the mounting position before deployment.

Where does the server go on a site with no server room?

Two options. The Vaidio server sits in the site command office or at the company's head office, receiving camera feeds over the network. For small sites, Vaidio Edge devices run on site, one feature per device for roughly 4 cameras, sending alerts over a mobile connection.

Can many sites be managed at once?

Yes. Vaidio Command Center connects Vaidio servers across sites into one shared interface for alerts and video search. The center needs no GPU server, and site licenses are issued and managed centrally.

Where do alerts go?

Alerts appear in the Vaidio interface and mobile app and arrive by email; Zalo, SMS, Telegram and on-site sirens, lights and speakers connect through HTTP Trigger or API. Each alert type reaches its owner, for example PPE violations to the safety officer and strangers at the gate to security.
