Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the website vaidio.vn operated by Turbo Technology Solution Joint Stock Company (Turbo), which presents Vaidio AI Vision, a product of the manufacturer Vaidio (formerly IronYun Inc.) distributed in Vietnam by Turbo. Organizations and individuals who provide information through the website are referred to as Customers. Turbo is the party that controls and processes personal data collected through the website.

This policy implements Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP.

This website does not collect video, face or license plate data from a customer's Vaidio system. Video data and recognition results of a Vaidio deployment remain on the customer's own infrastructure (on-premise) and are under the customer's control.

2. Personal data collected

Turbo does not ask for and does not actively collect sensitive personal data, including health, religious and biometric data. Please do not enter such data in the request field.

3. Purposes of use

• Receiving and handling consultation, quotation and product demonstration requests.
• Answering questions in the AI assistant chat; handing over to a consultant when the user asks.
• Providing technical support to customers with a Vaidio deployment.
• System security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
• Meeting obligations under applicable law.

Turbo does not sell Customer personal data to any party.

4. Consent

Data in the contact form is processed only when the sender ticks the consent box. The box is not pre-ticked; without it the form cannot be submitted. Consent applies to one purpose only: contacting the sender about a Vaidio consultation, demo or quotation as requested. Turbo does not use this data for marketing messages without separate consent for that purpose.

Turbo keeps evidence of consent: the time of consent, the policy version and the consent sentence displayed on the form.

5. Data sharing

Data is shared only with the parties needed to deliver the service: the server infrastructure provider, the email delivery service, and the manufacturer Vaidio when providing technical support to customers. Where a competent state authority makes a valid written request, Turbo provides data as required by law.

6. Storage location, retention and security

Data submitted through the contact form is stored on a server managed by Turbo, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and sent to the Turbo mailbox so the consulting team can follow up.

The website uses two third-party services with servers located abroad: Cloudflare (content delivery and website protection: all visits, including form submissions, pass through this service) and Google Analytics (traffic statistics).

The chat window on this website is operated on UniV, a Turbo platform. Chat content is stored on the UniV system and processed by an AI service to generate replies. Before AI processing, phone numbers, email addresses, account numbers and names in messages are replaced with placeholder codes. Do not send sensitive personal data, ID numbers, card numbers or OTP codes in the chat window.

Contact data submitted through the form is kept for 12 months from the most recent exchange, or for the duration of any related contract signed with Turbo; technical logs are kept for up to 12 months. After that, the data is deleted. Connections to the website use HTTPS; internal access is limited by role to the consulting and system operations staff.

The 12-month term does not apply to the chat window: chat content is kept until Turbo deletes the conversation, or until the user requests deletion via[email protected] as described in section 8.

7. Rights of the data subject

Under Article 4 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15, Customers have the following rights:

• To be informed about the processing of your personal data.
• To give or withhold consent, and to withdraw consent.
• To view, correct or request correction of your personal data.
• To request provision, deletion or restriction of processing of your personal data; to object to processing.
• To complain, denounce, sue and claim damages as provided by law.
• To ask the competent authority or relevant organization to protect your personal data.

8. How to exercise rights and withdraw consent

Send a request to [email protected] from the email address used in the form, stating the right you want to exercise; or call 076.9999.967 (08:30–17:30, Monday to Friday). Turbo processes requests within these terms:

• Confirm receipt of the request within 2 business days.
• Fulfill requests to view, correct or provide data within 10 days.
• Fulfill requests to withdraw consent, restrict processing or object to processing within 15 days.

If a request cannot be fulfilled or needs an extension, Turbo informs the requester of the reason. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. After withdrawal, Turbo stops contacting the person and deletes their contact data, except where the law requires retention.

9. Cookies

The website uses necessary cookies to maintain sessions and Google Analytics statistics cookies (up to 2 years) to count visits. No advertising cookies are used. The chat window does not use cookies; the chat session token (valid for 30 days) and a temporary chat history copy are stored in the user's browser (localStorage). Visitors can block or delete cookies and site data in their browser settings.

10. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its effective date. Recorded consent is tied to the policy version in effect at the time consent was given.
